Disclaimers in GFI MailEssentials are only appended to outbound emails. There is no option to change this within the software. The email needs to pass through the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Sink/Transport Agent to have the disclaimer attached. Internal emails do not go through here unless between servers and even then, our products detect the emails as internal.
