Quarantine Digest not being sent out in MES 20

How to Identify

Quar Digest log would show the wrong number of users to send the digest for (this is just an indication, we are still looking to see if it's fully related, if in doubt ask PSG): Quar Digest is only being sent to a few users, seems to be related to the AD Query to Users as per below: - Customer has 55 Licenses, 35 are counted by MailEssentials - When "All users except the ones below" is selected, 967 users are found: 2016-02-23,11:00:34,099,1,"#000024E8","#00000007","info ","QuarDigest","All users except the ones below" 2016-02-23,11:00:34,318,1,"#000024E8","#00000007","info ","QuarDigest","--- List of all users obtained from Quarantine DB [Total:967] ---" 2016-02-23,11:00:34,318,1,"#000024E8","#00000007","info ","QuarDigest","[67baceb8-5d5c-456b-b6ac-66766e16a78d,'jloring'@geype.com] [1e41b69c-7d22-4a78-ba0e-5298a372eded,0437-54pedroalarcon@geype.com] [57e37a2b-6f14-4c0c-8a4f-6dbe76cd4fa3,0444-48pedroalarcon@geype.com] When the users are inserted manually in the UI, it still finds 39/35 users (probably aliases): 2016-02-24,16:00:08,916,1,"#00001E78","#00000043","info ","QuarDigest","--- List of final users to send quarantine email [Total:39] ---"
