1)Search the dashboard logs for "Automatic reply:" 2)Check the sending address of the message and check the autowhitelist

Workaround / Fix Details

Add the new value into the registry to cover Office 2013 1)Open regedit and navigate to the following directory. 32bit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GFI\MailEssentials\Antispam\Config x64 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GFI\MailEssentials\Antispam\Config 2)Locate the Open regedit and navigate to the following key "awx_outofoffice" 3)Double click and add the following string to the "Value data" section "Out of Office AutoReply:","Risposta automatica Fuori sede","Respuesta automatica de Fuera de la oficina:","Absence du bureau","Afwezigheids","Abwesenheitsnotiz:","Automatic reply:"
