Customer reports an increase of spam and the items are found on the auto-whitelist. The following registry key is missing information.
1)Open regedit and navigate to the following directory.

2)Locate the

1)Open regedit and navigate to the following directory.

2)Locate the Open regedit and navigate to the following key "awx_outofoffice"
3)Double click and add the following string to the "Value data" section
"Out of Office","Risposta automatica Fuori sede","Respuesta automática de Fuera de la oficina:","Absence du bureau","Afwezigheids","Abwesenheitsnotiz:"
4)Restart the gfi scan services

Follow the workaround steps above
-If out of office replies are still getting added verify that the customer's out of office replies match the default strings, if not add the customers string to the value
-Attach article to the case
-Adding the key will correct the issue. Next release Service release 2 will have the registry entry fixed.
