When a customer tries to set up the Initial setup of Multiserver over https it throws an error.TT / JIRAID

1)Verify customer is trying to sync over https
2)Open the following log on the Master Server = CentralizationConfiguration Located in the Attendant\Debuglogs
3) match the error in the logs to the below error

Apply patch(Make sure customer Right clicks > properties> unblocks before extracting the zip)
