Open Regedit Navigate to the following Registry Key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GFI\MailEssentials\EmailSecurity
Locate the WebAddress Key. If the URL is missing the slash add in the slash and restart the GFI MailEssentials Attendant service.
