Answer
In order to log blocked spam in separate logs other than in the dashboard you will need to enable the feature under each spam filtering module:- Open GFI MailEssentials Configuration
- Expand the Anti-Spam > Anti-Spam Filters
- Locate and select one of the spam modules (you must enable this in each spam filter in order to get a blocked spam log to be created)
- Select the Actions tab
- Locate the Logging options and enable the feature at the bottom
- Click on the Apply button to save the settings
