Improvements:
- Ability to select which blocked emails to view in dashboard by excluding specific modules (e.g.: not showing emails blocked by Directory Harvesting)
- New reporting data storage layer for increased performance and reliability
- Synchronization of Bayesian databases has been disabled between multiple GFI MailEssentials installs to avoid token degradation, and avoiding performance issues

- Added troubleshooting information to notifications sent when auto updates fail
Resolves:
- Auto purging of emails quarantined by Antispam did not work unless it was triggered through a search folder
- The quarantine search sender\recipient fields could not search for text longer than 28 characters
- The dashboard POP2Exchange tab loading without showing any log entries
- Email processing stopped due to issue in URI DNS Blocklist spam filter
- IMAP public folder training was not processing any email when run automatically
- The Quarantine Public URL was being removed when an upgrade to GFI MailEssentials 2012 SR5 was performed
- Mailflow problems / Scan Service crashing / Synchronization problems due to very large weights.bsp file
- IP DNS issues after dnsbl.njabl.org removal
- The quarantine’s approve and whitelist functionality was not working if the approved email was recipient address was a user’s alias email address (if it’s not the primary address)

- The size of the auto whitelist database increased with every synchronization performed by the synchronization agent. When the database reached 2GB in size, the auto whitelist functionality stopped working.
- An access denied error showed up when the quarantine approval form’s 'More Details' button was clicked
- Directory Harvesting UI test was not working when using LDAP to query a Lotus Domino server
- Friendlier notifications for Virus updates failing
- The Dashboard filters would not pull up results, when doing custom searches by time periods
