Antispam synchronization does not finish compiling the zip file in the slave server folder. The following error appears in the mestrxlib log: "error ","MESTRXLIB","CWhitelistExportJob::Execute Deleted Email Addresses[whitelist_export] - exception! [Unspecified error][Key column information is insufficient or incorrect. Too many rows were affected by update.]" "error ","MESTRXLIB","CWhitelistExportJob::Execute Deleted Email Addresses[whitelist_export] << " "warning","MESTRXLIB","CJobManager::ExecuteJobs [0xE80EE0] - Error! Job [whitelist_export] failed to execute properly! Chain execution interrupted."

Workaround / Fix Details

- Verify Customer is on MailEssentials 2014 build 20131107 or Later This is caused by the lack of a primary key (unique column) and inclusion of duplicate entries in the antispam2_whitelist_delete folder within the config.mdb database. This can also affect the blacklist export. To work around the issue, delete the duplicate entries. This is also slated to be fixed in MailEssentials 2012 SR3.
