How to Identify

After May Cumulative Updates the following error occurs when opening the Configuration > Settings Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Clusters.COMAPI, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=2315540f8a5d4822' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
