Problem Summary

After upgrading to GFI MailEssentials 2014, the previous disclaimers are not showing in the Mailessentials Configuration.

How to Identify

After upgrading to GFI MailEssentials 2014, the previous disclaimers are not showing in the Mailessentials Configuration. -Verify that the disclaimers are listed in the Config.mdb > Disclaimers table

Workaround / Fix Details

Apply patch http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/temp/PSG/ME/patches/ME2014_SR2_PATCH_20140523_1649.zip -Verify that the customer is on the latest build 20140308 -Upgrade to MailEssentials 2015 or later -Escalate if issue persists
