Cannot move disclaimers up or down the priority list for more than one time, the second time it will go back to the original position.

Try to move a disclaimer twice in the same direction, first time it will work as expected, the second time it will go back to the initial position.

Install below patch: http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/ME2014/20140627/ME2014_R2_PATCH_20141223_2452.zip

Attach article to case and apply above patch.
