How to Identify

As per above description, the logs should show: 2014-05-02,08:04:==TRACE== Mailbox john.doe@domain.com; mail size ok => download mail 2014-05-02,08:04:==TRACE== Mailbox john.doe@domain.com; should send to 'To:' field 2014-05-02,08:04:==TRACE== Mailbox john.doe@domain.com; none of header addresses are in local domains list 2014-05-02,08:04:==TRACE== Mailbox john.doe@domain.com; number of for clauses: 0 2014-05-02,08:04:==TRACE== Mailbox john.doe@domain.com; none of header addresses or for clause addresses are in local domains list => send to alternate address

Workaround / Fix Details

Apply following patch or update to latest version. http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/ME2014/20140308/ME2014_SR2_PATCH_20140715_1872.zip
