Answer
PROBLEM
Navigation tree in GFI Mailessentials UI is missing.
ENVIRONMENT
- GFI MailEssentials
- All supported environments
SOLUTION

To fix this:
To fix this:
- Right click the Temp folder and select Properties
- Go to the Security tab
- Click Add and add ASPNET account. In locations select your machine and ensure that it has read and write permissions.
- If the ASPNET user is missing on the system, ensure the NETWORK SERVICE account has read and write permissions instead
- Attempt to load the MailEssentials configuration again. The tree view should come up.
