PROBLEM
GFI MailEssentials installation stops because the operating system locale has not been set to Russian.
ENVIRONMENT
- GFI MailEssentials
- All Supported Environments
SOLUTION
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or later
- Log in to the server using an administrator account
- Open the Control Panel > Regional and Language Options
- Click on the Administrative tab and click on the Change system locale... button
- Set the Current system locale to Russian (Russia)
- Click OK
CAUSE
This error occurs when trying to install GFI MailEssentials in Russian and the operating system locale is not set to Russian.
