Configure Public folder replication for the GFI MailEssentials Anti-SPAM public folders as explained at:Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003:
Perform the following after the GFI AntiSpam Folders are created:

Open Microsoft Exchange System Manager on the machine where the Public folders should be replicated

Right click Public Folders and connect to the server where the original GFI AntiSpam Folders are located

Right click GFI AntiSpam Folders and click on Properties

From the Replication tab, add the Server to where these public folders should be replicated

Set the Public Folder Replication interval and Replication message priority as required and apply the settings

Right click on the GFI AntiSpam Folders Public Folder again and select All tasks -> Propagate Settings

Select Replicas, Replication message priority and Replication schedule and click on Ok
In order to immediately have the folders replicated, right click Public Folders and select the Send Hierarchy option.
The Source Server should be the server that contains the original GFI AntiSpam Folders while the Destination Server is the server to which the public folders will be replicated. Replication will occur within a few minutes.
