Emails which have been quarantined that contain non-existent users can be automatically deleted. This article provides instructions to configure this feature.
Follow the instructions provided below:
- Open GFI MailEssentials Configuration > Quarantine > Quarantine Options > Malware Options.
- In the Nonexistent Recipients tab, check the option Delete quarantined emails for nonexistent recipients.
Note: This setting is similar to that of Directory Harvesting under Antispam Filters.
