On the Switchboard, when clicking Enable mail processing, all the services are being restarted but the button does not change to green. However, checking the Dashboard logs we see the emails are being processed and spam caught without issues.
This issue is most likely caused by an incorrectly installed patch.
- If there are any FailedMails, reprocess them by following the steps described in the Reprocessing Emails Wrongly Moved to the FailedMails Folder article.
- Identify the failing patch and apply the steps described in the Why are patches failing to install? article.
