Overview
Emails are failing and are moved to the Antispam\FailedMails
folder. The Anti-Phishing filter is not updating.
Solution
The issue can be solved as follows:
- Navigate to the
\GFI\MailEssentials\Antispam\AuAntiPhish2
and remove all the files (includingcurrent_revision.zip
). This will remove any corruption and allow the Anti-Phishing filter to resume updates. - Open the GFI MailEssentials Switchboard and disable tracing if it is enabled.
