After accessing the GFI Customer Portal, your login ID is no longer working, and you cannot authenticate.
Please note that the GFI Customer Portal has been retired and it is not used anymore.
The GFI Accounts Portal (https://accounts.gfi.com) was introduced to replace the GFI Customer Portal. The new portal is to be used for update and license management.
In order to access it, please use the email address you entered when creating the account as your username. More details can be found in the Logging into the GFI Accounts Portal article.
Alternatively, you can use your previous login ID as your username, while making sure you use UPPERCASE letters.
