Overview

You can add an IP address to the IP whitelist in GFI MailEssentials, so they are not blocked.

Resolution

1. Open the GFI MailEssentials Configuration.
2. Navigate to Anti-Spam > Anti-Spam Filters > Whitelist.
3. Click on IP Whitelist.
4. Check the box titled Enable IP Whitelist.
5. Enter the IP Address in the Single computer/CIDR or you can add a subnet address of IP by selecting Group of Computers.
6. Select Add.
7. Click on Apply to save the configuration.
