Why is the product information empty in my customer account?

Overview

I can no longer see information about my different GFI products like before in the customer's area of the GFI Customer Portal. The page is empty.

The customer portal has been deprecated. The new portal may be accessed at the https://accounts.gfi.com/ URL. More details can be found in the "GFI Account and License Management" article.
