Server Error in Application "DEFAULT WEB SITE"

Overview

Trying to access the MailEssentials Configuration UI results in a Server Error in Application "DEFAULT WEB SITE". IIS Manager is stuck.

Solution

The server error is caused by the unresponsive IIS Manager. Restart the server to ensure proper operation of IIS, which is needed for the MailEssentials Configuration UI.
